			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dave Ryder, principal and managing director of Veer Consulting, has been selected from among hundreds of applicants to participate in the “Business On Board” program, an educational tool created by the Arts and Business Council of Greater Arizona to encourage minority and minority-group business professionals to participate in not-for-profit arts-related boards. The program is sponsored by the Arizona Lottery and will run for several months beginning in January. </p>
<p>While Dave has participated in several not-for-profit boards and is currently a Member at Large of the Greater Arizona Chapter of the National Society of Arts and Letters, he says he&#8217;s looking forward to this unique opportunity to fine tune his business leadership skills that he can bring to other not-for-profit boards in the arts community.  </p>
